Designing the Job of the Future

 

Looking at future Jobs from the perspectives of the Millennial Generation, Start-Ups and HR Experts.

 

Most people spend the majority of their time at work and yet it has never been so difficult to adapt workplaces and job profiles to the demands of our time. Companies are struggling with generational divides, the Millennial Generation, or Generation Y, strives towards self-actualization and pushes for a new entrepreneurial attitude in the labor market and universities are educating students for jobs that did not even exist 10 years ago.

Opening Keynote by Martin Bittner “Why People join Companies and Leave their Managers – Experiences from a Start-Up that was sold twice”, introducing the HR-challenges of a Start-Up from the founding phase until the exit point.

Martin Bittner is an AIESEC Alumnus who has founded a software company back in 2000

Restaurant Luftburg is located right in the middle of Prater, the Viennese Amusement Park. The informal welcome dinner is an opportunity to also get to know participants who arrive Thursday afternoon.

Please note that dinner on Thursday needs to be paid individually and is not included in the conference fee.
